Position Responsibilities

Analyze and develop solutions addressing customer comments and issues. Conduct analysis on website analytics and marketing metrics. Maintain and develop concepts that address website usability. Work with buyers to feature newest products and categories on our website. Create and send promotional emails to customers. Contact internal and external clients to gather detailed business requirements Maintain and report awareness of all ongoing activities in a clear and concise manner Collect the production problem report from our customers on websites, analyst and report to factory.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree major in Economics or Finance Experience managing marketing campaigns and e­commerce platforms Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Microsoft Access experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organized with strong multitasking and time­management skills. Excellent analytical and problem­solving skills. Frequency in English and Chinese.

Financial Analyst I

Position Responsibilities

Support the preparation of the annual budget process for assigned product lines and departmental expenses; review and analyze budgets and provide suggestions for improvement. Analyze financial performance, and provide sales, margin, profit, and productivity metrics to management; prepare monthly forecasts and present recommendations. Analyze and review monthly/quarterly/annual financial information; provide detailed business explanations behind variances against forecast, budget and prior year for Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flows. Track key performance indicators and provide analysis to support business decisions; identify all areas of risk and opportunities. Review capital requests, including evaluating the business case along with a financial analysis of payback, NPV and IRR.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Courses taken in Quantitative Analysis and Financial Reporting required.
